Our first step is to sweep the carpets to pick up any dust, hair, etc. This is a significant step because if you scrub the carpets right away, it cleans the dirt into the floor, causing an even bigger mess and costing you more money and frustration. We make sure to do it right the first time.
Our second step is to spot-treat. This means we treat the spots. This can be any size spot or spots that have been there a long time. In either case, we’ll get them and make the carpets look as good as possible. This is also an essential step because we can scrub the carpet to make your floors look brand new after we’re done spot treating! And who doesn’t love new?
Our last step is, of course, to scrub the carpets. We have a particular machine that lays down cleaner and water while scrubbing to get the best possible clean. Depending on how bad the carpets are, we might have to go over them a few times.
